I like that everything is obviously outlined in the Table of Contents because I was able to pick and choose what I felt more drawn to and what I believed I would benefit from reading first. As I continue to delve into this work I hope I continue to learn new techniques and easily integrate them into my everyday life.
This book sounded interesting and a quick glance at the first page of reviews looked good, but after a closer look, at least 20 of 26 reviews were written by someone who speaks English as a second language. Are these all written by the same person?The book is scattered and rambling with a lot of info that has little to do with the subject as if just filling pages. There is nothing to establish the author's credibility and not much reason to believe he knows what he is talking about.This is the first time I've written a review. I've bought disappointing books before, but since I feel like I got scammed by bogus reviews, I felt compelled to make others aware.
