Arrived in excellent condition! It’s like a research paper on Unicorns and it has beautiful illustration. In love with this book.

I bought this for my 5 yr old daughter who is obsessed with unicorns. And it was a hit! The illustrations and stories are everything I'd hoped they would be. We will both be enamored with this book for a long time to come.

Purchased this item to give to my dear daughter on her birthday. She is very fascinated with unicorns. I flipped throught the pages when I received it and the quality of the paper used is very good. The illustrations are whimsical and the text used is appropriate for my 10 year-old. This book will surely let her imaginations soar!

I don't even know how to put into words how beautiful this book is! ANY unicorn lover would fall in love with this book. It's full of lore and all things magical associated with unicorns. For young believers, it really caters to making unicorns seem real! Buying this on a Kindle or app, would not be the same, the actual book is too beautiful to not experience first hand.

I purchased this book for my six-year-old daughter for Christmas. So she has yet to unwrap and open it. With that being said it seems pretty cool from what I have seen. I know that she will love it. Something really unique and different for the little unicorn lover in your life.

When I placed my order for this book I thought that I was getting a Masonic book of the rituals of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite. It was only after I took delivery of the book that I discovered that I had bought a ritual book with extensive anti-Masonic commentaries by the author, aimed at tarnishing the image and reputation of the Masonic Order and discouraging existing and prospective Masons. I have since been stuck with the book, and regret ever rewarding the auhtor's infamy with my patronage. This book is not worth the price.

Happy with purchase. Item was as expected. Will consider future purchases.

a bit long on the wording but very informative. Not a super easy read and will take a lot of time to get through it but pretty well detailed.

Words are very small and picture are extremely blurry.

We bought this guide in 2010 when we knew we were going to spend our first winter working from home in Florida. It gives a good description of the major trails. We have used it for two more winters and now as residents of Florida. You can find information on bike trails online, but sometimes it is nice to hold a book with maps in your hands. Plus the fact that you can't buy this 6-year old paperback for less that $10 shows that it is still in demand.Florida has great bike trails, longer and flatter than the ones in our old home state, and some even have bridges or tunnels to bypass busy intersections. We have used this book mostly for trails in central Florida, though we have needed it for some overnight trips we have made visiting friends in other parts of the state. The only issue I have with the book is that it would be nice if it gave actual addresses when feasible of where the trailheads are located. More than once we have had trouble finding the parking area, and quickly learned to write the addresses in the book in case we couldn't find it the next time. But that is fairly minor. You might also want to purchase "Bicycling in Florida" to supplement the info in this book.

The book has many trails in it. What is missing is a over all map of Florida so you can see where the trails are located relative to where you are living. We have to go from the book to a map to plot out a ride and to see where a town is located in this very large state.

Reading Florida's Paved Bike Paths is a good way to check out a bike path before actually driving over to it , unloading the bike and going for a ride.The authors have done all the work and checked everything out so all you have to do is to decide which one you want to go to and have some fun. They point out the interesting parts of the path along with the starting places , water fountains , restrooms , all the information a person would need.They even tell of future paths and connections to the present day Bike paths so there is an understanding of what the future holds for biking that area.After checking in the book then get on the computer and check with the county in which the path of interest is located. A lot of the work to be done in the future he mentions has been done and there is a chance the trail of interest has been extended or connected to other trails.

Well written. Excellent backstory and historical anecdotes. Not only is the trail described in detail, the additional info is very interesting and adds value to what would be a very dry topic. My only negative criticism would be that the map quality could be a little better. Probably difficult to achieve and still keep the price moderate. Overall an excellent value, I recommend it to friends and family.

This is my second review of this book. I had given the book dealer a very poor review because it had been promised for 26 March but was then listed as arriving 11 April. However, it arrived today (Monday, 28 March), and the book is quite interesting and definitely worth having if you are interested in riding in Florida. It is clear, there are maps and it would appear to be a fine companion for any bike trip. So, the dealer has been relatively prompt in sending the book and the book is very good.

Good Book. Good Desciptions of rides. But. When reading a Trail at times you have No Clue where the Trail is, except for large general area. I found book hard work. If Your a Local Person you will find book Very Helpfull

This is not really a review, I do not have the book, I am ordering it now. This is more like a rant. Now if you will all learn to read, on the front of the book it says ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY, which means it is a script!! Also, why would they diverge from how Fantastic Beasts was formatted, they are part of the same story line?!!! Please use common sense when living life. Valid reasons to give a lower review are as follows: book was not to your liking or book came in damaged, do not give a bad review because you are not fully comprehensive on the term Original Screenplay. Also I am pretty sure I will like this book like I have with all others of the HARRY POTTER Universe.

Summary: While being moved from America to England, Grindelwald escapes and starts his campaign to gather his supporters and begin his crusade to raise wizards up in the world so that they rule over non-wizards. Lines are drawn and loyalties are tested as Dumbledore and Grindelwald gather their allies. Newt doesn’t want any part in any of that, but when Dumbledore comes to him for aid he answers the call. It seems simple enough…. There are wizards that want to kill Credence, and some (Grindelwald) that want to use him. But, with help, there might be hope for the boy. If there is a way for the boy to live, and not be a danger to anyone, doesn’t he deserve that? In other news, Queenie and Jacob are an item now- with very different ideas about where their relationship is going. Jacob knows what will happen if they marry… he can’t risk Queenie going to jail for him. Queenie wants what everyone else is allowed to have- love, a family. Grindelwald tells her he wants their people to be “free to love”…. is he actually the answer? Sides are being chosen for a fight that will forever change the wizarding world…. which side are you on?My thoughts:I am torn here. I loved this screen play and I really, really liked the movie (I didn’t feel right doing my review until I had seen the movie, nor seeing the movie before reading the screenplay…. I am weird like that). That said, this was more of a plot moving device than something I can see running on it’s own merit. If I didn’t already love the series, and wasn’t already invested, I might not have even cared about this one- but it’s so important. You have your first look at young Dumbledore, already a bit of a legend if only a teacher at Hogwarts. There’s the fan favorites from the last book: Newt, Tina, Jacob, Queenie, Niffler and Pick. We also have some new characters that may be very important later- Nagini (Credence’s friend), Leta Lestrange (Newt’s childhood friend and his brother’s fiance), Nicholas Flamel, and other. Add to that, some great stuff with Newt and the beasts and I am set. That said, I feel like there’s so much more that could have been done here. It was full length for both screenplay and movie…. but felt like nothing really got done. This was necessary to introduce the key players and explain future conflict. If you aren’t already sold on this series, though…. it can be a bit underwhelming. Visually, it’s stunning… but the first movie had better graphics and was all-around more eye catching. I also don’t know how well it’s doing- well, I hope…. but the movie came to theaters 3 days ago and I had the 3D screening to myself (hopefully just because it was a Monday). I loved seeing Niffler again, and the little nifflers. Pick was great and we saw some other beasts, which I felt were well done- the movie really helped me flesh those out it my head. I didn’t like Queenie’s role here. She was all over the place…. understandably, but come on! I wanted her to be stronger, but I fear that she’ll just be a pawn. I feel bad for Jacob- and absolute favorite of mine. I did feel that Depp made a fantastic Grindelwald- he’s supposed to be charismatic, strong, a bit evil but someone that people would gravitate to. Nailed it. Dumbledore’s casting, as well, seemed to be spot on. I really liked his character. Having information from everyone’s pasts also helped flesh things out. Why doesn’t Dumbledore just kick Grindelwald’s all? Find out in this book. Who is Credence? Find out in this book. Despite not feeling like it can stand on it’s own, I am a HUGE fan of this one… but only because I am taking it as an installment of a series instead of just for itself. Three and a half stars… round up to four for the movie.On the adult content scale, there’s violence, but all things considered it wasn’t over the top at all. I give it a three.

I pre-ordered this script before the movie was released; I'm glad I did. The day after I saw the movie, I read the script cover-to-cover. It fills in details that you miss in the often-quickly-delivered screen repartee -- the ones that cause mini-arguments with your spouse ("Wait, did he say...?" or "How old would that other character have been at the time...?"). I also picked up on a few details that may or may not be meaningful in subsequent films, such as the relationship between Newt and his assistant.Don't imagine that the script is a stand-in for the movie. It isn't a novelization; it's a script, with instructions to the actors and the director.

Not worth the time to review. Clearly Rowling in now only concernrd with the money. Do not buy this garbage.

This script picks up where the last one ends. Newton meets many familiar faces from the Harry Potter books which is fun. Not sure I agree with the ending, but it definitely will surprise you!

Poor, poor irrelevant Jacob. His character contributes nothing to this story. For now he's just the token Muggle who could have been anyone at all. We don't know how his business is thriving and who is looking after things while he's traveling with Newt. We are clearly set up for the next installment, so we shall see if he can matter again.

I can't wait to see the movie. Somehow I suspect this story is better when seen on screen, rather than in the mind's eye.J.K. Rowling weaves a very good tale that is full of vivid imagery. There were a few times where I felt lost in the story, more out of confusion rather than caught up in what was being told. When I looked at the cast of characters in the movie, I was excited to see Johnny Depp in the role of Grindelwald, I absolutely love him as Captain Jack Sparrow and can't wait to see what he does with Grindelwald.The one thing that would have made this book better for me, would to have had a "Cast of Characters" at the beginning of the book with a description of who they are and how they are related. I think this missing piece would have provided quite a lot of clarity...at least for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and Inheritance of Chris Paolini's The Inheritance Cycle series. Originally intended as a trilogy, their bestselling success spawned a fourth book, which was a very welcome addition. I have since handed them down to my nephew where they are enjoying a new life with a new generation.Though they've been out for quite awhile now, I have to be honest and say I bought them years ago, and only got them off the shelf a few months ago. Having been grown up as an avid fan of Dungeons and Dragons, Lord of the Rings, and the usual fantasy fare, I was pretty excited to re-enter that universe.These have been reviewed ad infinitum; so I think I can really only add to the discussion my own experience with the four book as a 47-year-old reader. I was a bit concerned that they might be written a bit too much for kids, as I'd heard they were. But, I have to say, I was definitely misinformed. These are as applicable to adults as the Harry Potter or Hunger Games books or any other well-written fantasy tales that were initially marketed to the teen reader market, but obviously found runaway success with readers from all age brackets.In short, each of the four books was a very fun read, and I would absolutely recommend the series to anyone with an interest in the fantasy genre.

My favorite dragon series is Paolini's. Why do I like it? Of course, Saphira, the Blue Dragon , is a wonderful character. She is a wise and wise-cracking creature with a tremendous sense of humor. Eragon is a believable hero who grows in complexity as he ages and meets the many challenges in his life. We meet elves, dwarves, sorcerers, monsters, witches , a werecat and humans , some good, some evil. What sets this series above the typical dragon fantasy is its very practical understanding of politics. I am amazed at the astuteness of the young author of these works. He understands the impact politics has on our morality and presents numerous examples of the dangers all of us face when presented with political decision making.

A very engaging read. Don't be deterred by criticism. I did not read this series for a long time after hearing much criticism of the young author and now regret that I did not read it sooner.There is a review on here stating that the book is only decent for a 17 year old to have written but not an adult, and that is nonsense. You would not know it was written by a 17 year old unless you were told and it is criticized unfairly because of his age. He does not "borrow" fantasy elements from more widely known authors any more than those widely known authors borrowed from ancient fairy tails. Tolkien and Le Guinn were not any more creative, many fantasy elements in their stories go back to before their stories as well. But this author is judged much more harshly and unjustly because he is young by people who are unable to form their own opinions and blindly judge the worth of a book by its acclaim. And the fact that this book is not a cult classic such as Tolkein's should not affect its merit.It is a very good book and is only insulted by those jealous of the young author's success.

Can’t say it’s the best written book ever if you’re an adult. Much of the book is written a little vanilla plain. However, it is a very good story and well written considering Pasolini was fifteen years old when he started to write this novel. This entire series is worth reading a few times. Don’t waste your time on the movie as it’s nothing like the book and the only thing used from the book in the movie is the character names.

On pages: 237-244 and 261-268 there is a black strip at the top, the margins are screwed up, the page numbers are at different heights. I'm assuming that this is a printing issue, so I'm doing a return. There is also a lot of adhesive residue on the back cover.Edit 1: this is ridiculous. This replacement is also damaged, and mismade. The dust cover is bunched and slightly torn. The printing on the dust cover is off center, to the point that the spine text looks fully right aligned, not centered. Dropping to one star, because this is unacceptable.

I liked reading this book so that I could discuss it with my grandson who'd read it. He let me know he'd read the series, but warned me the movie wasn't so hot. I suppose for a fantasy novel (of which genre I rarely read), it was fine. The best part was enjoying with someone else. I think it's pretty impressive that the author wrote it at such a young age too.There's a lot of imagination here, but at times, I felt like Paolini was trying to be a Tolkein, and just adding a dragon into the mix.

Erotic appeal wears many more faces, some in different tones and some at other ages. The kinds of beauty missing detract only slightly from the kinds present, though.My favorites in this collection emphasize the person and the human material of the model herself. Cabon's startling, elegant geometry opens this collection, an understated study in line and form. Other photographers also follow this less-is-more route, tending either toward sculptural studies (Bolk, Zurmuhle, Wantuch, and Hutterhein, to name just a few) or portraiture (including work by Carre, de Haan, and Moss). Farther from my own tastes, some photographers emphasize budoir, landscape, and cityscape compositions, with often with exhibitionistic and voyeuristic slants. Relatively few photographers here center their work on fetish attire or bondage - rarity of these genres suits my preferences well.I found a few truly memorable images between these covers. The other pictures, even if not boldly challenging or innovative, rise to a high standard, too.
