The quality of each page is good and the images are fine. I was disappointed because it's not a 16 month calendar. I was expecting each month to have its own page. I dont like the fact that Sept 2018-Dec 2018 are all on one page as demonstrated in the picture. I wanted to write things on every month including the months of 2018. Not what I expected at all.

With great excitement I bought this book, and found that it was more about resuscitation than the subject of death, and what happens during the dying process and what we call death itself, that was what I was hoping to learn. I have been reading everything I could on this subject since my Dad died,( many many years) because I was only 16, and it was traumatic at that age to lose my young father. If I was just beginning to read about the miracle of death, I would have probably been more excited with the book, but because I read this book from a more experienced point of view, I was disappointed that more information had not been gathered. I was expecting more about death and dying, but of course that was not the subject, the subject was with wonder, that......yes, we can resuscitate people up to 8 hours after death occurs, if their body is kept at the right temperature. That is the wonder of this book, the ability to resuscitate many hours later, with the proper care. Anyone in the medical business should love the information and caring that goes into saving the lives of people, with the right equipment and care. Hopefully we will prepare our first responders so they can save more lives that once would have been lost. I wonder, what happens to the dying person just before death, just before they lose their ability to communicate. Maybe a study of people who have been with the dying would add to the little bit of information that is garnered in the hospitals. It is amazing what people say on their death beds, if you ask!

After waiting months for this book to arrive after being backordered, I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangements in this book. They're simplified when played as written and don't sound nearly as majestic and soaring as the recorded versions do. I had expected something a little more elaborate and/or complex after Pasek and Paul's songbook for their Broadway musical 'Dear Evan Hansen' included more advanced/complicated arrangements that closer mimicked the cast recording. If you're an expert piano player like me, I find that this book is more of a guideline on how to play the songs from the movie, and if you use the chord symbols included in the book and disregard the written notes, you can dress these arrangement up and give them a little more punch than written.The arrangements in this book are not meant for vocalists either, with the melody written into the right hand arrangements. Including the melody in the arrangements contributes to the thin-sounding, simplified final products received.Please note that these arrangements appear to be identical to the digital versions sold on MusicNotes.com and SheetMusicDirect.us, but buying them in the book form saves you quite a few bucks (digital versions are $9.99/song, which comes to $100 if purchased individually), so it's definitely a better buy to purchase this book.

Great for my level of playing. Took 8 yrs while growing up now getting back into playing. Never reached Chopin expert levels or anything, but I can hold my own on sightreading and putzing thru this book. Will be fun once I learn them and can play up to speed.

I ordered this after ordering the kindle version, and needed a printed version of it. The kindle version is the non-simplified arrangement, while the printed version is for "easy piano". I checked the description, and it is indeed for easy piano. It's misleading to have it on the same product page as the kindle version for the non-simplified version.Update : 8/5/2018 :Guys (and girls) : for the paperback version, this is the version you need (the non-simplified version) : ISBN : 1540007111. So here's where the problem lies, with Amazon : entering that ISBN into the search box takes you to the non-simplified version, but then clicking on the kindle version takes you to the non-simplified version, and finally clicking again on "paperback" takes to you to easy piano version !

My 13-year-old wants to learn some songs from this movie soundtrack. All the girls in her class have been singing the songs. I noticed negative reviews on it as people complained that it was too easy or simplified. That sounded good to me because my daughter just concluded her first year learning piano. Right now these songs are above her skill level, but it is giving her something to achieve.

While I thought this movie was a bit weak, the music is fantastic. The piano transcriptions are fairly easy to play for an experienced pianist (especially if you're used to pop rhythms). "Never Enough", "Tightrope", and "A Million Dreams" are standouts on the piano. Note that the melody line (the sung part) is integrated into the piano part, which is great if you are playing these as a piano solo, but less so for accompanying a singer. If you want accompanist music, I recommend you check out the version called "Greatest Showman - Vocal Selections".

I ordered this for my daughter and didn't notice that the kindle and paperback versions were different. The Kindle version says piano, voice, guitar. The paperback is easy guitar. Well, I ended up with the guitar version that is doing me no good. Yes, I should have been more observant but why would you have two different versions in the same listing?

This sheet music is very faithful to the original songs: correct keys, correct chords and rhythms in the accompaniment. It is not an E-Z Piano version, but would take an intermediate level player to perform it. The songs themselves are outstanding.

The kindle version preview deceptively suggests the paperback product is the full Greatest Showman sheet music set.Instead, the paperback is a simple piano book geared toward beginners.I am purchasing for a seasoned musician, so it seems I will have to look elsewhere for a hardcopy of full sheet music.
